On April 30, Ms. Yang Shuxian, General Manager of Guizhou San Caotang Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Co., Ltd., along with company executives, visited the project base of the Miao medicine intangible cultural heritage care and health industry in Shibing County to comfort the workers who are sticking to their posts.
After inspecting the construction progress and site conditions, General Manager Yang highly praised and commended the workers for their dedication during the holiday. She said: "Tomorrow is May Day, a holiday for every worker. You have given up your vacation and put into practice the four words 'Labor is glorious.' You are truly deserving workers. On behalf of the company and all shareholders, I express my heartfelt thanks to the workers who are still fighting on the front line today and send holiday blessings. Thank you for responding to the government's epidemic prevention requirements and celebrating the holiday locally, and thank you for your spirit of selflessness for the factory. Every time you stand firm is a touching moment for us. Everyone has worked hard."
To show her gratitude, General Manager Yang personally handed out holiday red envelopes to each worker, creating a harmonious atmosphere on site. The workers' excitement was evident, and all the joy and satisfaction were reflected in their happy smiles.
After the visit, the leaders of each project construction team gave speeches, reporting on the current work progress and the difficulties faced. In response to the existing problems and hidden dangers, General Manager Yang proposed the following suggestions:
First, each work site should strengthen close cooperation to ensure orderly construction progress;
Second, focus on completing all approval and reporting work before the factory goes into production to ensure that procedures are legal and compliant;
Third, strengthen communication and coordination with the management committee of the park, and while reporting on construction, develop practical solutions to problems that hinder current construction progress under the leadership of the park management committee as soon as possible.
Finally, General Manager Yang and Du Taoan, the chief engineer of San Caotang, made arrangements for safety production, safe construction, and quality requirements, and emphasized, "Safety first, quality first!"
